A total of 40 fibroids were removed from an infertility patient at the Lifeline Hospital on 12 April 2019. The patient, who is working in Australia, is 38 years old. The surgery was led by a team of doctors consisting of Prof. Dr B Prasannakumari, Dr Cyriac Pappachan, Dr Jayaram Paniker, and Dr B Sreelatha.
